We partnered with Cascade Communications to create the conceptual branding for Thames Living, a new residential development in Ebbsfleet. The development aims to offer residential spaces, entertainment, leisure, and a sports stadium. Our goal was to craft a brand that reflected the development’s aspirational qualities while positioning it as a central element of urban regeneration.

THE CHALLENGE

New keystone developments in the property sector require meticulous planning and multiple rounds of consultation. To effectively engage local communities and stakeholders, these developments need to communicate the thoughtful design, collaboration, and long-term benefits embedded in the project. It is essential for these projects to present a clear, professional identity and supporting materials that highlight their potential impact and the value they will bring.

THE SOLUTION

For Thames Living, we designed a high-end, accessible brand that reflected mid-level residential offerings with a touch of exclusivity. A clean-cut logo and an elegant, warm colour palette communicated sophistication without being out of reach for potential residents. We also developed a website with high-quality imagery and tailored illustration styles to showcase the development.

The brochure emphasised lifestyle and community, highlighting not only the residences but also the surrounding amenities. We extended the brand to Robins Gateway, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across the entire development. This strategic approach helped position Thames Living as a standout, vibrant community for future residents and the wider area.
