Redwood is a specialist communications agency focusing on real estate with 30 years of success behind it.
THE CHALLENGE
Following a recent management buy-out, the need to refresh their brand had grown to align it with their new vision and energy while preserving their heritage and industry reputation.
We collaborated with brand strategist Tim Lewis on a comprehensive brand review, performing a gap analysis to identify areas for development in values, purpose, proposition, narrative and the brand strategy.
Once the new elements were established, we built a clear brand character to guide the development of the visual identity and underpin the connectivity between the brand model and its realisation.



THE IDEAS
Two core ideas drove the identity development:
- A Touch of Redwood – Our design referenced three key drivers: crafted, considered, clever. These qualities represent the value Redwood brings to every project and relationship.
- The Redwood Way – This defines how Redwood approaches its work and relationships, and shapes our narrative.



The logo is crafted and considered, with clear positioning of their services.
A colour palette that is flexible enough to change the tone of different communications.
Typography that creates emphasis and impact.
An overall look and feel that brings heritage, modernity and clarity to life.
