They approached us to help modernise their brand, repositioning them as a dynamic, contemporary consultancy while retaining the authority and professionalism that had built their reputation over the years. Our task was to develop a fresh brand strategy, a new visual identity, and supporting digital and print collateral that would ensure Collins McKay stood out in a crowded marketplace.
THE SOLUTION
Collins McKay’s rebranding began with an internal workshop to define the core ideology: ‘Perspectives.’ This concept captured the firm’s ability to approach challenges from multiple angles, aligning with their leadership in the property sector and appealing to both current and future clients.
The visual identity modernised the brand while preserving the iconic red colour. The new logo, combining hand-cut serif typography and a geometric emblem, symbolises multiple perspectives. A flexible visual system featuring dynamic blocks reflects the company’s development expertise while maintaining consistency across applications.
The website was redesigned to highlight the firm’s services and projects with a modern, user-friendly platform. It’s adaptable and mobile-friendly, streamlining the user journey. We also created interactive credentials decks for client pitches, ensuring brand consistency.
This rebrand successfully positioned Collins McKay as a forward-thinking leader in property consultancy, with a refreshed logo, visual identity, website, and collateral that support growth and adaptability in a changing industry.
