Bed Advice was established as the consumer-focused arm of the National Bed Federation (NBF), dedicated to providing essential guidance on mattress selection, sleep improvement, and all things bed-related. While backed by the NBF, it needed to develop its own approachable and consumer-friendly identity.
THE CHALLENGE
Our journey with Bed Advice began with crafting a logo that would reflect trust, clarity, and approachable communication. As the brand grew in prominence, we were later commissioned to design and develop a dedicated website that would serve as a comprehensive resource for consumers seeking expert advice on buying and maintaining their beds.
THE SOLUTION
We began our collaboration by designing a modern, welcoming logo for Bed Advice, focusing on clarity, trust, and friendliness rather than corporate stiffness to connect with consumers.
Three years in, Bed Advice needed a user-friendly, visually engaging website. We organised content into digestible sections, incorporated a strong search system, and added clear visuals to simplify mattress-buying advice. To enhance relatability, we introduced Rocky the Bed Bear, creating an engaging experience and laying the groundwork for future brand storytelling.
Building on NBF’s branding, we combined their signature colours with neon accents to guide users’ attention and ensure an inviting experience. The result is a website that empowers consumers with expert advice, and we look forward to supporting Bed Advice in future campaigns to expand their brand’s reach.
