POLICY STATEMENT
Pip Creative Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains.
We recognise our responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are dedicated to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings. We take a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery in any form.
This policy applies to all employees, directors, freelancers, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
WHAT IS MODERN SLAVERY
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take various forms, including:
- Slavery and servitude
- Forced or compulsory labour
- Human trafficking
- Debt bondage
- Exploitation of workers
We are committed to ensuring that none of these practices exist within our operations or supply chains.
OUR BUSINESS AND SUPPLY CHAINS
Pip Creative Ltd operates as a design and branding consultancy providing services across brand strategy, creative direction, digital design and campaign development.
Our supply chains are relatively low risk but may include:
- Freelance creatives and consultant
- Print and production suppliers
- Digital and web service providers
- Merchandise and event suppliers
We acknowledge that risk can still exist within these relationships and take appropriate steps to mitigate it.
OUR COMMITMENTS
We will:
- Act with integrity and transparency in all business relationships
- Avoid working with organisations knowingly involved in modern slavery
- Implement and enforce effective systems and controls to mitigate risk
- Promote awareness of modern slavery across our team and collaborators
- Encourage reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation
DUE DILIGENCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT
To identify and mitigate risks, we:
- Assess new suppliers before engagement, where appropriate
- Prefer working with UK-based or reputable suppliers with clear policies
- Review supplier practices where risk is higher, such as print or manufacturing
- Avoid supply chains that lack transparency
Where concerns arise, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include terminating the relationship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for implementing this policy sits with the company directors.
All team members and collaborators are expected to:
- Read, understand, and comply with this policy
- Raise concerns if they suspect modern slavery or unethical practice
- Avoid any activity that could lead to a breach of this policy
REPORTING CONCERNS
We encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith.

Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.
TRAINING AND AWARENESS
Given the size and nature of our business, formal training may be limited, but we:
- Promote awareness of modern slavery risks internally
- Ensure key decision-makers understand supplier risk
- Review this policy regularly to reflect best practice
MONITORING AND REVIEW
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure it remains effective and compliant with UK legislation.
