The Project
September 2022
Making sleep engaging for primary years children.
IN BRIEF
After the success of the Teen Sleep Hub, The Sleep Charity has devised a Primary Sleep Journal which provides activities and information to help younger children sleep better.
WHAT WE DID
We initially devised a brand identity and style for this age range, looking at producing something without gender, unique and flexible in their approach. With this, we came up with our sleep blobs! We used these colourful blob creatures to help bring the journal to life, making it friendly and informative for younger users.
The piece included a variety of illustrations, breaking down the written content to enable the audience to understand the information visually. We also developed the activities to allow parents and children to complete these together, bringing a much more collaborative approach to bedtime and sleep.
