Highlighting the progress of sustainability within the dairy industry.
Lactalis UK & Ireland (LUK), along with Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy (LNCD) have launched their Sustainability report for 2023 and we are proud to have been selected to create the report along with the supporting campaign materials.
WHAT WE DID
Group Lactalis is the World’s Number 1 dairy group and is responsible for some of the most well-known brands in Cheese and Dairy products, including President®, Galbani®, Leerdammer® and Seriously®.
The report content is comprehensive, covering the four pillars across Climate, People, Animal Welfare, and Packaging. We were challenged to create a suite of icons to represent these four pillars, assigning section colours and then bringing a style into play that would help flow through the report and campaign materials.
We developed a flexible and fluid identity system to be applied to the report, as well as used across social graphics and video content. These elements were also used across the digital application on the sustainability section of the Lactalis UK & Ireland website.
The colour palette is inherently Groupe Lactalis, with minor variations to bring in tonal ranges. We utilised a rounded typeface for titles to make these clear and legible.
Throughout the report, there were multiple sections that required a lot of information to be presented in a clear and engaging manner. We therefore created infographics to help break down statistical information as well as creating call outs throughout.
Following the creation of the digital PDF report, we then devised a 3-minute long video that presented the core highlights from the report, again, making the information more accessible and engaging for users.
