Invigorating the Women in Agencies’ identity, through engaging visual flair and enhanced user experience.

IN BRIEF

Women in Agencies is a membership organisation dedicated to empowering women working in the creative industry. The organisation creates community, offers events and support, and provides insights and information to its members.

They asked us to complete a brand overhaul and develop a dynamic website that would enhance user engagement, visually reflect their core values and streamline the membership registration process.

WHAT WE DID

Our first step was to develop a brand visual identity that resonated with the organisations mission and values. We conducted thorough research to understand the target audience and crafted a brand identity that was vibrant, inspiring, and inclusive. The logo design represented strength and unity, utilising a contemporary and vibrant colour palette that included shades of deep blue, vibrant pink and lime green.

The colour scheme was chosen to convey a sense of empowerment, creativity, and professionalism. The deep blue symbolises leadership and elegance, while the vibrant pink and secondary colour palette adds a modern and energetic touch. These colours were integrated throughout all brand materials to create a cohesive and memorable visual identity.

For the typography, we selected a modern and versatile font combination that reflected the organisations values of innovation and inclusivity. The primary typeface is a bold sans-serif, condensed font for headings and titles, paired with a clean and legible sans-serif font for body text. This combination ensured readability and visual appeal across all brand collateral.

In addition to the logo design, colour scheme, and typography, we also developed brand support materials to strengthen the organisations visual identity. This included business cards, social media graphics, and digital brand assets. Each of the templates have been designed to provide flexibility for WIA to create these materials themselves.

To enhance the user experience for Women in Agencies members, we created a comprehensive and creative WordPress website that integrated a membership plugin and payment system. The website design is visually engaging, with iconography and high-quality imagery, showcasing the organisations events and initiatives.

Key Features of the Website:
Membership Plugin: We integrated a user-friendly membership plugin that allowed members to easily register, renew, and manage their membership accounts.
Payment System: A secure payment gateway was implemented to ensure seamless and secure transactions for membership fees and event registrations.
User Experience: The website was designed with a focus on user experience, with intuitive navigation and responsive layouts for optimal viewing across devices.
Visual Engagement: Visual information prompts, engaging animations, and high-quality graphics were used to make the website visually appealing and captivating for users.

 


I worked with the team at Pip to do a complete re brand and re design of the Women in Agencies website and I could not be more impressed by their creativity and technical skill. The team were collaborative at every point and were able to turn my ideas into reality while putting forward visual concepts I would never have considered before.

Striking the perfect balance between professional and visual flair, the website now has the longevity that I was looking for and the ability to be built on as the brand grows. They delt with all the technical challenges you would expect with a membership site and coached me through day to day management.
