The Project
May 2024

Updating the brand of a renowned London Property Consultancy.

In the ever-changing landscape of the property industry, it is incredibly important to be ahead of the curve, or fall behind.

Collins McKay, a renowned London-based property consultancy engaged Pip to work with them on a full brand strategy piece and development of their creative and collateral.

We started working with the Managing Director Tim and his team, conducting a brand workshop to obtain all of the information around their current perception, market, audience and understanding of their vision and values. We developed a set of values that reflected their desired direction, looking at how the organisation wanted to connect and perform. We also looked at the mission and vision of the business and developed a comprehensive strategy to help drive the brand forward.

Following the audit and strategy creative, we carried out creative analysis of a cross-section of the market and got to work developing the brand and visual identity system. Creating a system built of blocks, emulating the built environment, bringing in multiple tones of red which provides dynamism in each of the different structures.

We developed a logo out of a modern serif typeface, providing a sense of heritage and professionalism, of which are core to the brand values. The modern approach to the construction of the logo helps to provide a forward-thinking directive.

After developing the brand and visual identity, we then produced a new look website, bringing the services and projects to the forefront of the site.

In further developments, we have been working with the team at Collins McKay to produce interactive creds decks to allow them to pitch for work to potential clients, taking on the new brand styling.

Collins McKay have worked with PIP for over 7 years. Each and every project that we have engaged with them on has been a huge success. They understand when is the right time to collaborate and when they should take creative control.

Pip recently completed the creative design and implementation work on our rebrand. The time they took to understand our brand model and the core values and aims meant that the outcomes for our brand and the look and feel emulate our vision entirely.”
