In an era where healthcare is often seen as daunting and impersonal, Visio Health emerged with a vision to transform patient experiences through approachable, and affordable services. Specialising in ophthalmology, dermatology, aesthetics, and holistic wellbeing, this patient-centred healthcare provider aims to create an environment where individuals feel empowered to take charge of their health.


WHAT WE DID

Brand Strategy Development

Our journey began with a deep dive into understanding Visio Health’s mission and values. We crafted a brand strategy that reflects their commitment to inclusivity and comprehensive care. A key element of this strategy was the creation of a visual style that centres around imagery of people. By showcasing diverse individuals and real patient experiences, we put people at the heart of the practice, emphasising that healthcare is about community and connection.

This approach not only enhances relatability but also fosters trust, encouraging potential patients to envision themselves in a supportive healthcare environment.

By leveraging bright, vibrant colours and friendly typography, we positioned the brand as approachable and supportive, making it a welcoming space for all patients.

Website Design

We designed an engaging and user-friendly website that serves as a digital hub for health and wellbeing. The site features intuitive navigation, allowing patients to easily explore services, enquire to book appointments, and access resources. With a focus on responsiveness and accessibility, we ensured that every visitor can find the information they need, regardless of their device.

The site we have developed will allow Visio Health to build up a hub of resources, courses, events and information to provide to their patients on an ongoing basis.

Merchandise & Collateral

To complement the brand’s vibrant identity, we developed a suite of merchandise and collateral that reinforces their message of care and approachability:

– Business Collateral: Branded stationery, business cards, and brochures that reflect the brand’s personality and professionalism.

– Digital Marketing Materials: Eye-catching templates, infographics, and promotional banners that highlight services and special events, all designed to foster engagement and communication.

– Social Media Templates: A cohesive set of templates to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms, encouraging interaction and community building.

– Advertising Campaigns: Creative advertising solutions, including digital ads and print materials, strategically designed to reach potential patients and promote key services.
