GroceryAid hosts an array of fundraising events each year, supporting their mission to aid those in the grocery industry who need it most. In 2022, they launched Checkout Scotland, a flagship live music fundraiser set in the heart of Scotland.
THE CHALLENGE
For this event, the branding needed to be bold, energetic, and unmistakably Scottish. The only requirement was to incorporate blue, reinforcing the event’s national identity.
THE SOLUTION
We created a dynamic logo and visual identity for the event, featuring a ‘vortex’ design that symbolised high energy and excitement. The gradient of blue, purple, and pink, along with neon accents, captured the electric atmosphere of the live music experience. Once finalised, the branding was applied across over 30 large-format signs, lanyards for 750 attendees, and a suite of digital assets for consistent event promotion.
The result was a visually immersive experience that elevated the event’s aesthetic and reinforced its Scottish roots in a modern way. Following the success of 2022, we refined the branding for the 2023 and 2024 events, ensuring the look remained fresh and engaging each year.
